Review your goals, users and existing systems. Identify the main tasks and questions to resolve.
Agree the scope, technical direction and delivery stages, with priorities for the first release.
Review working software at agreed stages. Use feedback and testing to refine the product.
Prepare the release and agreed handover materials, then plan support and further improvements.
Before you decide
Start with the people doing the work, where they do it and how often they return. The right interface follows the task, rather than a preferred technology.
An older product does not automatically need replacing. Start by separating the business problem from assumptions about the technology.
A list of screens is a starting point. A useful estimate also needs the behaviour, data, dependencies and delivery work behind those screens.
Before we start
Have an idea or an existing product? Here's what to know before starting a conversation.
Yes. To assess the handover, we review the codebase, available documentation, hosting setup and access to the relevant accounts. We then agree priorities and the scope of improvement or maintenance.
Not necessarily. We assess what still works and what limits the business, then plan an appropriate update or migration. Data, integrations and business continuity are considered before implementation.
The estimate depends on the scope, features, design requirements, integrations and any existing code. We clarify these first, then estimate the work and discuss suitable delivery stages. Costs and timelines are agreed for the specific project.
Client projects stay private; the examples on this website are independently created concepts. Start with a brief overview by email or Telegram. We can discuss confidentiality arrangements before you share sensitive project details.
A short introduction to your business, what you want to build or improve, and the problem you most want to solve is enough to start. If you have an existing product, you can also share its website or app link. You do not need a complete requirements document to begin the conversation.
